RAN Optimization Engineer

ZTE Corporation are looking for RAN Optimization Engineer with 0-3 years of experience, to be part of our ZTE Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and adapt new methods, strategies and technologies regarding RAN Optimization, Features, trials & tuning,
• Making optimization using OSS and DT tools,
• Executing daily Optimization Tasks, Identify and resolve LTE network performance issues: Capacity, RACH, RRC Setup, E-RAB Drop, Throughput, Mobility,
• RF Site Surveys, Drive Tests (Acitx ,Tems), CQI, Throughput, RSSI, SINR analyze,
• Baseband and Radio Resource Capacity Optimization,
• Prepare and issue technical guidelines and results of technical studies.
